Sika MonoTop 612 N is a structural repair mortar used to repair concrete in one easy application. Can also be used for marine repair work as well as horizontal, overhead and vertical high build repair work.

- Immense workability rate with low shrinkage
- Compatible with Sika Ferrogard sacrificial propulsive anodes and corrosion inhibitors
- Has an initial setting time of 2 hours with final set time of 5 hours
